Who we are…in a nutshell

I am a former in-house Talent Acquisition Manager with over 10 years of experience establishing and managing global recruitment programs in the energy and oil & gas industries. After a decade in the corporate world, I took an unexpected detour and became an Executive Recruiter specializing in the HR space. This transition introduced me to best practice standards that I continue to uphold today.

When I started a family, I decided to step back from full-time work but was offered a part-time position that perfectly suited my life. This role allowed me to balance work and family, and eventually, I ventured into my own space. Leveraging relationships with previous colleagues and placements, I have established myself in an unexplored niche within the recruitment industry.

Today, I operate as an independent recruiter with my own recruitment tools, a small team, and many years of experience backed by a vast network. Unlike a contingency agency recruiter, I work on an hourly rate, providing personalized and expert recruitment services.
